What I liked
I spent a large portion of my 20’s reading extensively about the Tudors and Elizabeth I. As a result, my expectations of anything Tudor or Elizabethan are very high. This show exceeded them! I was delighted by the representation of Henry and each of his wives. Every actor in this piece is dynamic and unique, creating such believable historical characters, you’re certain they’ve been plucked from the past.
The great surprise for me was the very fresh perspective on a story that’s been told dozens of times. I shall never again view Henry and his wives in quite the same way. Bravo!

SEE THIS PLAY. You will not regret it. It is theatrical, it is compelling, it would make Elizabeth I smile.
