What I liked

The costumes were spot on.
I have rarely found ensemble members so memorable.
Wegner is great.

What I didn't like

If it had not been for the Werewolf references in the title I might have thought it was going for a Jekyll and Hyde aspect. Equally as powerful a choice, but somewhat unclear until later in the show.

My overall impression

The show was a rollicking good time. The 50s camp ties the show to a timeless cultural reference point that is a great stepford like setting for the town of Perfection. This “place out of time” aspect mixes well and at times poignantly with very real problems that we are much more aware of today though sadly still somewhat insensitive too. The show is funny and the music memorable.
