What I liked

From the open, I was led on a 55 minute trail of suspect (but commonplace) office behavior. My wave of responses to this was laughter, then disbelief, then tears, then anger. So worth the cost of the ticket. The performances from the three principals were extraordinary, especially Ms. Fera and Mr. Bitton. It’s definitely a “concept” play of sorts, but a thoroughly engrossing one.

What I didn't like

I have no complaints about the actors themselves. All were on-point, with convincing (ie, non-distracting British accents). All were fully in character the entire production. Even when they weren’t part of a bit of extended dialogue between two characters, the actors remained fully engaged and locked into the scene. Only nitpick would be the lighting. It was meant to be a harsh office setting, but I thought varying it slightly might enhance what’s taking place on stage. Again, a complete nitpick.

My overall impression

As mentioned above, I experienced a range of reactions to what was taking place (I’m giving no spoilers). Some may be put off by the hyperbolic nature of some of what takes place, but as hyperbolic metaphor, it works perfectly well as long as you can mentally go there. Overall, a great production, and one I intend to see again before it leaves.
