What I liked
Mr. Wheately is a charming, immensely talented player who provides audiences with a lovely break from the dramas and comedies in the rest of the festival. A man and a piano.
What I didn't like
I wish it was a little longer, or that I had a cocktail in my hand.
My overall impression
Imagine an actor improvising with Shakespeare, Chekhov, Mamet, and Gergis. Now translate that to the piano and the 12 incredibly agile fingers of Mr. Wheatley.
Take a break from the drama, and get transported into your own private jazz club.
