Expansion Through Voice

What I liked

I’d loved that Cecilia listened empathetically to what myself and the other student we’re experiencing incorporating various techniques, even some cranial sacral release to support the voice expansion. She offered structure and encouragement allowing us to open up through the course of the session. Combining movement and vocalization made this a great experiential learning experience.

What I didn't like

Having handouts or a reminder of take always so we continue the practice at home would be nice for future sessions.

My overall impression

Cecilia has a heart for her students. She truly wants to support you through various techniques to breathe deeply and support your voice in it glorious fullness.
