What I liked
The element of chance, the gender mixed roles, the actual good Shakespeare acting, the energy and wildness and sense of play. These are talented, trained actors messing around with a playwright they love and presenting him to you and surprising and unexpected ways that make you hear the language again almost as for the first time.
What I didn't like
The bar next to the theatre can get pretty crowded which can sometimes be a distracting noise. But it overall adds to the fun, casual atmosphere so not really a big deal.
My overall impression
Fast-paced, funny, sexy totally unpredictable. This is not your typical LA (bad) Shakespeare. These actors know what they’re doing, are confident and assured with the material, and are so so SO much fun to watch. A great raunchy night out with the Bard.
