What I liked
Brenda’s show is lots of fun. Her obsession with dresses and fashion is not something I relate to, so I was relieved when she (spoiler alert) came to the conclusion it wasn’t for her anymore either. The songs were amusing and she has a lovely stage presence. I liked the informational aspect of the show too, i.e. the toll rampant fashion consumption is taking on the environment. And the bass player was a valuable asset to the show.
What I didn't like
Pretty much liked it all. I’ve seen a lot of weak offerings at the Fringe, so this show was a relief
My overall impression
A well-done one woman show on an interesting topic.
