My overall impression
Rich rapper Tupac Shakur (b. Lesane Crooks) lived a life of violence and died in a hail of bullets on the Las Vegas Strip two decades ago, just one year after he’d corresponded with middlebrow icon Tony Danza—-while he was in prison for felonious rape! !!! Unlike DEAR LIAR (which was real) and LOVE LETTERS (which was not) this is a reasonably Reimagined Reconstruction of the the content of those letters by a Brit, Steven Benaquist, who embellishes them with light imitations of both men for almost 3/4 of an hour. I’m a Tony Danza fan, which drew me in, and to say I’ve never seen anything like it is putting it mildly!
