What I liked

Deeply touching and multi-layered, this play gives the audience a glimpse into the life, losses and loves of this important artist. Too often categorized as simply a painter and a madman, Vincent DeConstructed brings a new depth to the humanity and struggles of van Gogh. By putting us in touch with his emotions and turmoil, we find the common threads that run throughout time, and experience his pain and desires as our own.

What I didn't like

My overall impression

The cast is phenomenal. Alex Walters is a revelation in the lead role, his interpretation of van Gogh allowed me to connect with his character in a believable, real way. I think a lesser talent could have greatly diminished this beautiful story.
