What I liked

Often with solo performances it’s one story and one voice and it can drag, but by mixing it up and changing the styles of the vignettes and stories it constantly kept my attention, this is of course assisted by the wonderful and striking performance by Myers.

My overall impression

A powerful play that will speak to anyone who has ever struggled with loneliness, depression or perhaps even addiction. The best part is this isn’t a downer of a play, this is inspiring and touching and beautiful. There is hope in these tales, there is a dignity to the stories even amongst the undignified. It is such a refreshing take on subjects of this kind and it’s bold attitude made it such a great experience.
