My overall impression
I saw I Am Vertical last night with friends and loved it!
There is a possibility you’ll live Michaela’s emotional pain, then emotional agony. She reminds us who’ve felt so much of it, how we’ve had to laugh in order not to break.
You’ll see Michaela weep. Then she’ll take a moment to talk to a yellow puppet (her show is also very very hilarious).
Michaela is as brilliant as she is beautiful, and I left feeling hopeful for humanity in all that we suffer, as well as transcend.
