What I liked
Humorous, Intelligent, a treat for the eyes. Amazing performance by Lance Frantzich in multiple roles, most notably being the Priest.
Go just to see him. This is truly a comedy of especial delight if you know Shakespeare, clearly the inspiration for the style of this piece.
What I didn't like
Some moments felt a touch redundant. And certain characters were a bit difficult to understand between the accent, acoustics of the theatre, and precision of the actor’s speech.
My overall impression
A unique theatrical experience. Come prepared to think and laugh. These larger than life characters interact with the audience, and it all ties together in a delicious bow in the end. If you liked MidSummer’s Night Dream, you’ll enjoy SWEET LOVE ADIEU.
