What I liked
It was amazing to see these two young men transform from narrators into the believable characters of an old man and a young boy. The staging of the show was incredibly creative. Using a simple roll of paper and a balloon, they evoked several different settings and a character. The story itself was poignant and thought provoking at one moment, (particularly the old man’s flashback marriage scenes) and whimsical the next.
What I didn't like
My overall impression
This is the second Fringe Festival play I have seen from the Scherzo Theatre Company. Their plays are unique, creative, riveting, and a complete treat! Don’t miss it!
