Dan's written some really excellent original music, and the script is snappy and fun. There are some really excellent performances as well. Lauren Byrd is a big standout. She really delivers a believable performance that has layers and watching her character's progression through the story is captivating. Nathan Ondracek and Max Lichtig are excellent gumshoe detectives, Emily Decker really has a knack for this style and Nick Rubando delivers great hilarity and wit, playing multiple roles. I got a ticket from a friend that could not attend and was really glad I got to see the show. The show is a great concept, needs work. The score is really weak and needs some serious re-tooling, the style of music does not seem to fit the storyline. The dialog is long and drawn out in spots and the show does not seem to find its pace until the end.... full review

A fantastic location for noir and a truly cool intro for each act - I love the live horn slowly building you into the world! A slew of great performances and some incredible vocals, especially solo work by Lauren Byrd and Nathan Ondracek. The lighting got a bit dark (I mean, hey, I know, it's noir), but the characterizations were right on, the mystery was a slow build. I am once again impressed at the huge production quality by this talented crew!... full review
