I was blown away by the format. The preparedness of the cast to sing any song from their repertoire at such a short notice was so impressive to me. Our guest cast in the performance I saw were Robert Steinberg and Kim Dalton, who were both able to shine in respective solos and a duet together. The improv elements were hilarious as the cast sought to weave together many narrative threads that would seemingly otherwise be an impossible fit. Nick Rubando, the Phantom of the evening, injected such a high energy into the room with his electric presence.
What I didn't like
It was great. I would’ve loved to see even more!
My overall impression
If you enjoy a variety of musical theatre fare as well as improv comedy, this show is for you. All performances are going to be their own brand of unique, so the show affords itself great reason to see it again and again. Fun production!
