My overall impression
Albie’s strories in Smoke and Mirrors are hilarious, moving, captivating, and incredibly human. He is an engaging and brave performer/storyteller that shows us that under the magic we all perform daily, we sometimes quietly find profound moments of empathy (even when we’re not sure what to say).
The magic was very fun and cool as well and Albie impresses with his use of the space, enthusiastic physicality, and finds every excuse to involve his audience. This is a must-see.
