What I liked
I don’t often laugh out loud in the theatre. This show had me doing so repeatedly. And like Robert Altman’s movie Short Cuts and Paul Thomas Anderson’s movie Magnolia, it was fun to gradually realize how these characters and their stories were connected.
What I didn't like
I believe there was one character whose plot thread, somewhat puzzlingly, didn’t weave in amongst the others. But I was glad she was there; the character and her monologues are fresh and funny.
My overall impression
How wonderful to be so entertained by actors simply reading skillfully the interwoven monologues Charlotte has created. You don’t get to see this kind of thing often.
