The casting and acting was spot on. I didn't know what to expect -- well, actually I thought it was going to be a Victorian era play...and boring, but I was totally wrong. Turns out it's a progressive, time- traveling, crisscross house of mayhem! The topics of relationships/love/health are looked at from unique perspectives in a witty yet sensitive way. There's some twists and turns so be ready to be impressed. I saw the preview and I can't wait to go back and see the show again.... full review

Craftsman takes two concurrent time lines and presents them on stage in a fresh and creative way. Although the characters learn their lessons in too short of a time to really demonstrate any believable character growth, the performances kept me engaged from start to finish. The staging and direction of the show were key in helping to clarify certain moments in the writing that didn't necessarily make logical sense to me. However, the playwright does a great job of weaving commentary on certain subject matters, such as gay marriage, into the play in a subtle way that less skilled writers would hit you over the head with. There are also several great moments of comedy that break up the intensity surrounding the main conflict of the play.... full review

Like Foster's "Asleep on a Bicycle", this new play takes an important life event like shopping for a house and swirls it into a confection of dimensional longing that crackles and pops with unfulfilled dreams as two people see themselves for the first time through the refraction of another time period. Fascinating. ... full review

This was an engaging show, well balanced between laugh out loud humor and the poignancy of a messy life. Strong acting gave us a really nice pacing to the story, the Fringe need for minimal sets and props didn't at all take away from the interaction. If you are trying to decide between the many Fringe plays, I'd put this one at the top of your list.... full review

The writing is clever and also empathetic...no a easy feat. The characters are all a little offbeat - in a good way. Can't wait to see it with a beautiful set!... full review
