What I liked

Fabulous show that brings the spirit of Gilda to life. Tap Dancing, Singing, Characters – Helena did it all with gusto! Helena’s hair, adorable personality and love of all things Gilda comes through loud and laughingly clear. But even better than seeing Judy Miller and Lisa Lubner is the behind the scenes well researched background info on Gilda’s childhood family, struggles, marriage etc. Funny, touching, definitely worth seeing.

What I didn't like

While I know that Gilda died tragically too young, and that cancer was a significant part of her life story, I don’t think cancer defines Gilda’s essence so I would have to say: more info on relationships with SNL cast members and less cancer, please …

My overall impression

Fabulousness of Gilda captured!
