About the Project
The Ugly Duckling is a universal story of not fitting in and finding your tribe. This half hour musical is a delightful, touching take on the story. Using simple story telling interspersed with original music, Helen Slater’s interpretation of Hans Christian Anderson’s tale is funny, surprising and poignant.
