What Be G⋆d Is Blessing

My overall impression

I came in to this show expecting some over-the-top bluster (the actor, Sean Topps, has done over-the-top quite expertly before) but was surprised to find the performance subtler, more nuanced, altogether more heartbreaking. The piece is strong, especially when Mr. Topps makes full use of the sometimes-awkward intimacy of the stage.
