About the Project
Sundae has listened to “Do They Know It’s Christmas” enough times to basically be a 17 year old authority on the plight of the developing world. Asante is the unfortunate exchange student she’s decided to save. Together, the two embark on a journey to end the kidnapping of schoolgirls, put a dent in religious extremism, and follow their dreams. The Goodluck Girls is a 45 minute dark comedy about female friendships, growing up in the internet age, and western interference in the developing world.
