My overall impression
Captivating from start to end. Courageous performances from all three actresses, especially Kari Swanson who tackled one of the most difficult and complex roles I’ve ever seen and handled it with grace and aplomb. This play is perfectly suited for a stripped down production – theater as it should be, all character and thought, no cheap distractions of sound and fury. Also pleasantly short; Osteria Mamma is nearby which makes for a very fine soul-affirming evening with time to spare. Go!
