My overall impression
Alina Cenal’s brilliantly written story, Words from a Cuban Father, is a journey and an inside look into a very complicated, beautiful life. I had the honor and the pleasure to experience her awesome depiction of her transition from refugee to the American Dream. She performed a flawless one-woman show that made me feel as though I was living the experience.
Her capability of physically expressing each scene I found to be phenomenal. I highly recommend anyone who would be curious enough to attend. I give my personal vote and two thumbs up to a hilarious and insightful theatrical experience.
