My overall impression
If you love Sondheim, you’re in for a treat. You better, since there is literally no dialogue. A well cast New York couple transport you into the loneliness of the big city excellently, with very little set to work with. The songs are slow paced most of the time but this works well alongside the invisible storyline. David Laffey brings huge comedy to the more upbeat songs. Overall, a very cute, enjoyable show staged around some brilliant songs. If you love musicals, grab a ticket for this one!
