My overall impression
This is a gorgeous production, well-acting and beautifully directed by Joseph Matarrese. Brittany Kilcoyne McGregor is stunning as the determined young Antigone, who is intent on honoring her dead brother despite fierce opposition from Creon, masterfully portrayed by Miguel Pérez. Michael Vega, a skilled physical comedian, brings levity and tenderness to the role of Jonas, a guard sent to sit with Antigone during her imprisonment.
