My overall impression

i’ve seen all of these guys over the past few days, and i really can’t find anything negative to say about any of them. every performance had me laughing so hard i nearly pee’d in my pants. life of si blew me away! the multimedia interaction was bloody brilliant! go slow with mark allen left me pondering my own pace in life. kent valentine brought me to my knees with his long-form stories. nik coppin was hilariously scatter-brained. ivo and nas playing off one another was a glimpse at pure genius! james sherwood at the piano’s hilarious musical stylings are still stuck in my head on repeat. and, of course, the inimitable jim smallman. he can work any audience. he almost doesn’t need an act, i’d enjoy listening to him go back and forth with the crowd, exchanging embarrassing tales all night. if, by cance you can’t make it to any of their shows, they all host the jam at fringe central every night! i’m in awe of their entire group. they’re all an absolute MUST SEE! hurry, before it’s too late! LOVE YOU ALL!
