Hollywood Perfume

“Hollywood Perfume” follows the exploits of studio marketing chief extraordinaire Kerry Hynde, a woman desperate to destroy a movie’s box office performance to further her own selfish agenda….but who must first outsmart the minions who are desperate to destroy her for theirs. It’s a dark comedy about showbiz greed and corruption, media saturation, closeted skeletons, and a silly little thing called power.

Dean Farell Bruggeman’s plays have been produced, workshopped and read at such Los Angeles-area theatres as The Production Company @ The Lex, Company of Angels, The Road, The Hudson, The Lonny Chapman Group Repertory Theatre, West Coast Ensemble, Knightsbridge Theatre and Eclectic Company Theatre. “Memory Grove” was a 2012 semifinalist for the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s National Playwrights Conference and a 2013 finalist for Playhouse on the Square’s New Works @ The Works in Memphis.
