I had no idea what to expect and truly enjoyed the ride. Katie is an amazing performer and tells a great story with spunk, wonder, and consternation...in a good way!... full review

I was not expecting to encounter such an amazing group of characters. Ms. Rubin has an amazing ability to transform her split multiple personality characters faster than a deer tick jumping reindeer's on christmas eve. It was a fantastic show, by a very talented actress. A pure delight in seeing the depth and emotion she put into every persona. It made for a great evening. Thank you!... full review

I was blown away by the story-line. The actress’s acting was as good as her writing! Actress Katie Rubin was so committed to the different characters she played, that I could happily see her one day in her own televised solo lead show, raking in the audience. The writing tackled the true to life spiritual journey of an actress, and the many different ups and downs that come with illumination. I found it touching, hilarious, and would definitely recommend her acting and writing talent. Well done as well to the director, for helping bring all the extraordinary facets to such vivid life.... full review

A tilt-a-whirl ride of truly big ideas -- all expressed with geniune heart, humor, and feeling. Rubin's also a bona-fide actress, and her ability to slip into a dizzying array of other characters is impressive. She's a confident, engaging performer, and her show leaves you with plenty to think about -- even, dare I say it -- INSPIRED. Kudos.... full review

Katie Rubin is not afraid of being Vulnerable. Katie Rubin is not afraid of anything. - OK, maybe she is - but she does it anyway. This is a "must see" that "tour de force" doesn't even begin to describe. Brilliantly written! Brilliantly paced! Brilliantly realized. Katie takes us on a journey that showcases her ease at shifting persona that makes your head spin. There's never a question of who's who as she changes characters in a split second; often carrying on conversations with herself that made me forget to breathe. Brilliant. Vulnerable. Charming. And even if she doesn't know it: incredibly sexy. (call me, Katie!) A must-see for those who want their palette cleansed and their minds blown! I loved every second of Katie Rubin one human sh... full review

Sunday, Jun 29th 2014 performance. I went to see this play on the insistent recommendation of a world traveled friend of mine who rarely gives high marks to anything. I brought two other professional friends, both male. Two of us have acting, writing, stage, and TV production background and fancy ourselves informed critics, the other is a doctor in brain research from France. We all had a wonderful time, laughed, and talked about moments from the play for hours afterwards. What Katie Rubin has created is a subtle, unpredictable, entertaining romp through the common dilemmas of quest in life, dissatisfaction, faith, disillusionment, and the threads that bind us together as human beings. To say that she has energy, talent, and is entertaining ... full review
