My overall impression
I love when a play takes me somewhere I’ve never been. Or when it takes me to a place from my childhood. This play did a little of both. I meet Darlene and see the world from her perspective. Her world view is quite different from my own. While at the same time, it reminds me of some people that I met growing up. This play is very funny, insightful and thoughtful. Just the kind of play that you hope for at the Fridge Festival.
