My overall impression
Greg Abbott has created a character in Darlene that everyone can love or love to hate. She’s a small town woman with big opinions. The stories she tells of the folks of Viola will have you laughing out loud so much so that by the end of the 50 minutes you will wonder where the time went and from where the strange tenderness in your heart arose. That’s the magic of Darlene. I want more Darlene!
