My overall impression
This was a really beautiful and touching musical about finding love and losing it, played out against the backdrop of young men dealing with war and it’s aftermath, and how it affects their relationships.
The music and lyrics really shined, a much softer offering than most of the other musicals I’ve been to so far, which was a nice change of pace. The vocals were solid, and the two lead females were excellent, though the acting was hit-and-miss when it came to the supporting roles.
