These two shows are a great example of what theatre is about: storytelling in a way that touches on the common human experience. Both “Jackass” and “The Mascot” are the stories of two women and their teenage experiences with wanting to be accepted, but told in two contrasting ways that make the shows very complimentary. Amy and Julia will have you laughing, cause tears to well-up in your eyes, and often keep you at the edge of your seats throughout the show.
