My overall impression
I was completely tricked by the creative team of “Germaine.” Convinced that I was in for a nostalgic, reflective, joyful, hilarious, experience with sequined dancers and a homage to Axl Rose, I let down my guard. It was then I was immediately struck with one of the most heartfelt, sensitive and personal reveals I have witnessed outside of my own family gathering. Well played, Team Germaine.
