My overall impression
This is one of the best written comedies I’ve seen in a while. Extremely well written to the point that you think, “did this guy dig into my brain to come up with these insights into the dating world?” It’s so spot on and ultimately very sweet. There was a technical hiccup in the show we saw, and everyone committed so well that it didn’t even matter. Nothing was disrupted, and the poignancy of the show stayed intact. Overall, an extremely entertaining and funny show that was relatable enough to discuss over brunch with your girlfriends after – just like a bad date :)
