My overall impression
I thought the play was very interesting. Going into the show, I didn’t know what to expect but by the end I was very surprised by how the play was able to balance out the funny moments and the dark moments. Some of my favorite moments involved how Alfred’s consciousness would comment on what Alfred was doing. I did like how the moments when Alfred was losing touch with reality were so intense that even I was unsure as to what was real or part of his mind. Over all, it was a very pleasing experience and a great way to spend a Sunday.
