This show is everything Fringe is and should be. On first glance, you may want to write this off for yet another attempt at bringing mythical creatures into today’s world. That’s if, and only if you are not familiar with this company and this team’s consistent bar-raising excellence on stage. And you see the title and what plays out in your mind is a musical montage of Michael J Fox and Taylor Lautner, (not saying it did), just ignore those thoughts for a much sexier set of werewolves, and much much better music and writing.
There is not a moment of escape, from the first beat to the last, I was involved. I wanted to be there, I was there, and I believe in the power of the wolf.
Should you find yourself in a coma this month, ahem, God-forbid, get the keys to the DeLorean (wrong movie but still in the montage) and make it to this show.
It is the TOP of the Fringe, for me thus far, and I feel completely lucky to have caught it before the tickets sell out.
The music, the performances, the experience – history is being made each time this show is on.
