My overall impression

A PRAYER FOR THE INFIDEL was an exciting, entertaining, well written and very well acted snap shot of the revolutionary aspects of life in 1968 in the Haight Ashbury section of San Francisco. It dramatized the confusion and tumult of the times with real characters from those who were dissatisfied with FIDEL CASTRO to those for and unsure of the militant stance of the BLACK PANTHERS. It made excellent use of music of the period as well as depicting conflicts between African Americans and white Americans
