the quick-twitch comedic inventiveness and very unusual ability to find humor in the strange and mundane.
What I didn't like
Nothing to improve.
My overall impression
Great show. Watching Kylie Vincent perform (and witnessing its arduousness) had me thinking only of both Lily Tomlin and of Richard Pryor and how, like both of them, Kylie Vincent brings that rarely experienced “gravitas” to her storytelling and her comedy. It’s not just about her comedic riffing and inventiveness and timing, which is crazy marvelous, but it’s also about this uncanny way she brings the audience (like Tomlin and Pryor could) face to face with things that often get glanced away from and avoided or things we just haven’t thought to think about. I’ll wish Kylie fills that Cat’s Crawl house tonight — and even overflows it. Again, great show!
