Every detail. Rohan fully embodied Jimmy Stewart without characature. Incredible historic detail made this production so engaging from start to finish.
What I didn't like
Put this next round in a larger theatre.
My overall impression
Brian Rohan’s meticulously crafted one-man show, “Jimmy Stewart On the Front of Life” is a personal and intimate window into Jimmy Stewart’s return from service in WWII. You would be hard-pressed to separate Rohan from Stewart. His physical likeness, voice and mannerism are spot on – with the integrity of storytelling for a beloved Hollywood star intact. Rohan clearly has deep admiration for his subject and invites the audience to step inside Jimmy Stewart’s emotional conflicts upon return to Hollywood after the war.
The sold out performance was electric. There was a palpable surge of emotions throughout the audience, riveted to every word and action. Incredibly well-crafted, the creative use of multi-media added artistic depth to the piece. Flawless historical detail. Riveting, nuanced performance. Positively Brilliant.
