What I liked
The costumes were beautiful (no wonder they got a medal in the Fringe Costume Contest!), Ricki and the Lantanettes are incredibly lovable and characters performing crisp choreo to some of the most enjoyable comedy pop bops i have heard in a long time and i am a goof tunes sommelier, so i know what im talking about.
What I didn't like
If we could all band together and support the (wonderful) engineers who make wireless microphones with hugs or soup or whatever they need to make it so wireless microphones work when we need them, then i would say do that and i will help.
the only thing that i would give as constructive feedback is during the lantanettes duo song (with the fish) there were some times in the choreo where i their faces were getting covered up or i was feeling disconnected from them. so there’s an opportunity tweak/hone the choreo to keep from blocking these lovable weird (former) fish twins.
My overall impression
So much fun, so funny and so lovable. Thank gay outer space for Ricki Lantana!
