What I liked
What’s not to love? I really enjoyed the music and lyrics. The costumes, props, special effects were used in a clever and effective way. I loved the cast. Amir Levi as seizure was just a scene stealer!
What I didn't like
I hope it gets a full production. I saw the play on Jun 16th and I am glad I traveled to see it. I would return in a heartbeat!
My overall impression
A captivating and well written story. It was both educational and heartfelt that brought me to tears and laughter. In Abby Normal, we see the magic of theater taking us on a journey of resilience, perseverance, vulnerability, and, ultimately love. So much love! Thanks to Sandra for sharing a story inspired by her granddaughter’s own experiences.
