What I liked
The mini me!!! Absolutely brilliant turn! The actors were wonderful, especially our lovely and adorable star. The projections and personification of epilepsy were effective and helped explain how it must feel.
What I didn't like
Costuming and set design but hey, this was a workshop presentation. With full blown sets, hair/makeup and wardrobe it could be spectacular.
My overall impression
Abby Normal was such a creative, funny and touching way to explore a mysterious and terrifying subject. It was a love letter to anyone suffering and finding a way to thrive with and in spite of this condition.
