Diana’s vision is made manifest through such specificity in movement and vocal control. With rapid fire shifts, it’s a wonder to behold. And while the stories shared are deeply painful, she holds the audience so beautifully with an underlying sense of the joy that a skilled artist takes in expressing even the most personal and painful moments of their life.
What I didn't like
Tech and performer were a little out of sync at times, but not to the point it took away from the piece in a meaningful way.
My overall impression
A deeply personal and painful story told in beautiful color and expressive characters, all living within one stunning performer.
