About the Project
Looking for a new doctor? Curious about the latest antiquated-est curations, inner betterments, and cosmetic beautifications? Allow doctors Maude, Mod and Odd to welcome you into the operating theatre, where walk-in patients and watchers alike are always welcome. Forty(ish) minutes of medical buffoonery, madcap “surgical” demonstrations, biohackery quackery, fortified and wholly unverified elixirs, gutsy puppet divas, and original music. Pulling from the worlds of Bouffon, puppetry, Grand Guignol and early 19th century cure-alls, the doctors will surely soothe all your psychic and physical ailments, if you let them. Maude, Mod and Odd are Los Angeles-based performers Hannah Shaka, Zoe Randall and Sallie Falls. Trust your gut, see this show!
