It kept me fully engaged. The pacing was fine tuned to perfection.
What I didn't like
It feels very well crafted. If I had to pick something to be critical of, I’m personally not big on projections or slides unless they have a justification. That said, I do understand the purpose for them. In this case, the show starts out with showing "Exhibit A & Exhibit B. In this instance. They were definitely necessary in order to give context from the start.
My overall impression
A moving story about tackling the pressures of parenthood.
With a husband eager to start a family, Pam launches a covert mission she calls “sperm assassination.”
What follows is a series of comedic confessions, storytelling moments, and genuine reflections. Pam’s openness to expose the anxiety and vulnerability that accompanies the fear of mother/parenthood is honest and at moments, uncomfortable. The stakes feel real. Even as male watching it, I was feeling the anxiety.
An engaging 75-minute journey that feels both personal and relatable. A worthwhile show to check out!
