What I liked

Simple set dressing and staging lends focus to the words and the actors. Really enjoyed the heightened physical moments.

What I didn't like

Would like to see more physicality from the actors- how they interact with each other and the environment. They felt locked into their place on each side of the pole at times.

My overall impression

A brilliant debut for the writer! Strong emotional performances from both the actors and a deep, thoughtful script that makes you wonder which of the two characters you inhabit in your day to day life.
