the range of emotion, the blending of fact and feeling, information and attitude, hard reality and fantastic play … the acknowledgement of sadness amid the laughter, the acknowledgement that struggle and pain can at times be overwhelming – but then … then we find a way to get up, to reach out, to laugh, to dance

My overall impression
What we all need now: a fabulous politics of resistance, energizing ourselves beyond the grief and despair, reminding ourselves that we deserve joy and community and laughter and music and dance in the face of the surveillance state … reminding ourselves that coming together to learn from each other, to experience and create joyful resistance: this helps us to be strong and shine for the work we are to do in the outer world, when we leave the glorious world-in-a-room that Ramon helps us create together.
