What I liked

I loved the audience participation aspect. I loved the grief circle at the end. That was empowering and real life nervous system regulation as community which is so important in our times we find ourselves in.

What I didn't like

The poster board notes were a little distracting and had some hiccups which would be my only feedback- maybe having them single sided so that the helper didn’t get confused or so that it could just be hung on one area instead of having to flip forward and back etc. regardless, I loved how authentic and real and raw this performance was.

My overall impression

I deeply enjoyed this show today. It was informative, inspiring, and memorable. I loved Ramón’s energy and storytelling was so engaging, warm, and passionate. This type of show — the teaching, the real experiences, the weaving of social media, and real life scenarios and sounds was eye-opening and inspiring.
