What I liked
I liked the honesty and humor about her divorce and the cult connections were great. The show delivers on the title and was extremely funny. The performer had a chill conversational style of stand up that worked, while wearing cult adjacent robes. The callbacks to a Christian upbringing and other famous cults really worked.
What I didn't like
The show I went to had a lot of laughs and so the show was cut off before the end, but still really good, just needs to be tightened a bit.
My overall impression
It was a truly unique and special show with an original point of view and laughs through out. It was wonderfully specific to the performer and felt true as well as comedic. The pace was great and it didn’t feel like a 55 min set. Really impressive.
